DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions Hot Peel.
Instant Hot Peel Film Made Easy!
Position the Transfer
Remove garment moisture with 5-10 second prepress. Do not skip this step
Apply Press
Temperature: 310°F (155°C) Pressure: Medium to firm Time: 13-15 seconds
Peel Off
After pressing, let the transfer cool for at least 15-30 seconds until it's cool to the touch before peeling. Remember, if parts of the design aren't sticking during the peel, try increasing pressure first before adjusting temperature. Always test on a scrap piece before starting your production run!
Repress
Repress after film removed: 5-10 sec please use Teflon, Butcher, or Parchment paper. Wash inside out, cool cycle. Hang dry or low tumble.

What kind of press do I need?
You can use the iron you have lying around your house or an industrial level heat press or anything in between.

How do transfers hold up in the wash?
We have vigorously tested out transfers on a variety of garments.
What file format should my artwork be?
Vector art is always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types: .AI, .PDF Accepted files types: .JPG, .PNG
